I am a photographer and photo editor based in Eugene, Oregon. In my time as a photojournalist between the mountains and sea of the Pacific Northwest, I filed photos from convenience store floors while reporting on forest fires, covered a week-long rodeo in full cowboy garb amidst 100-plus degree weather, and been on the business end of a 7-year old’s water gun with my camera and lived to tell the tale.
